3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated images created through the Service, subject to these Terms. However, you must ensure you have the right to use all source images.

Commercial Use: Commercial use of generated content is only permitted for Pro subscribers. Free users may only use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

Images are encrypted during upload and processing
Source images are automatically deleted after 30 days
We do not use your images to train our AI models without consent
Generated images may be stored longer if saved to your account

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Plan: Includes a limited free usage allowance for image blending and personal use only.

Pro Plan: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Technical difficulties
Circumstances beyond our control

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
